At the market yesterday, I did my usual overflowing of goodies in my basket. I said hi to the regular farm stand patrons, and had to say no to some foods that I really did not need.
People were dressed up in Halloween costumes at the market. Sorry I didn't take their photos... I am not much of a Halloween worshiper.
The pomegranates, the persimmons, the dahlias, were much more interesting to me than the people who were trying to be something that they were not.
With Halloween being the kids' school day this year, they may have to dress up as something silly... If they do, I will document and report it to you.
Meanwhile, enjoy these beautiful fruits of the earth!
