The agent took photos of our house the other day in preparation for the listing in about 3 weeks or so. I decluttered, depersonalized, and beautified the house for the photo shoot. What do you think? Is it worth 720K? I would say no if you asked me (or anyone else anywhere else in the country), but the person across our street would say yes, since he bought his house which is identical to ours for 735K about 2 months ago!
